A lot that I can't get to work.
I have previously used VuCC to copy files to Vu+.
Does not work for Vu+ duo 4K
Using Dreamboxedit to edit channels and convert to the Box.
Does not work for Vu+ duo 4k.
What programs do you have that work?

It works fine, on OpenBh 5.3.
Have you set a password, on your VU+ Duo 4K?
You need to set a password, you can do this via the menu, on your VU+, in Network, password.
Don't forget to save, when exiting, and put the password in dreamboxedit.

Thanks!
Works.
Now it's just a matter of getting the softcam and the cfg file in the right place.
Saw that there was a den password in the file.
Password: dreambox.
Should it be replaced with vu+ password?

You can use any password you want.
A lot of the old utilities, like dreamboxedit, had dreambox, as a default, but you can use any password.

For question 2, go into the receivers menu, plugins, and press the button to download plugins.
At the bottom of the list you should see Softcams.

I have entered a password and installed softcam and changed the config file to my password.
In the file it said Password: dreambox

If my password had been dreambox, would I have kept the original file as it was with Password: dreambox?

Can't make it work.
I have softcam 2.3.0 but may have to switch to the latest in my new Vu+ duo 4k.
2.3.0 works fine with Black hole 3.1 and vu+ duo2.

Do I have to activate Softcam after installation?

Yes, you activate softcam by pressing the Blue Button, on your remote, and selecting the installed softcam.
You should then find it in etc/tuxbox

Personally I use Oscam-Latest.

Softcam cannot be deleted.
OpenBh Autocam Manager
Red button = Delete.
Does not work.
How to delete Softcam to replace with a new one.
How do I find oscam.conf for Vu+ duo 4K SE?

Forgot the oscam.services file.
Can't find that OSCAM 11854 can be used for Vu+ duo 4K se?

You can install any Oscam file, using the same method you did with Black Hole.
Place the .ipk file into the tmp directory then manually install it from your receivers menu.

Should I delete cc cam for installing oscam.conf?
How? When it doesn't work in OpenBh.
Do I have to have oscam.conf and oscam.services?

You can load multiple Softcams, and select them using the Blue Button.
To make a suitable Oscam file try using a very useful utility called Softcam Concierge.
Start up the utility, select Oscam Server, enter your line(s), by clicking add line, one at a time, then either save the config file, which I do, or load it to your receiver.

The config folder usually appears, after you activate Oscam, by selecting it, and pressing OK.
If not you not only have to add the config folder, but also the Oscam 11715 folder, in config, so please try activating Oscam 11715, and then refresh Filezilla, or whichever program you're using, to see the changes.

Now there are several variants and this is the one that fits.

A question about config files for softcam.
Does each oscam number have its own config file or can I use the same one when there is an upgrade.
Latest oscam softcam has number 11854.
Which softcam should I choose. One that stands that can be selected for all images.
Ends with "all"

Hard to find that softcams-oscam applies to VU+Duo 4K SE.
