Do you have an older VU+ Ultimo or the newer VU+ Ultimo 4K? Ensure that there is nothing else attached to your receiver, using a USB port.

You can also install Oscam via your plugins menu. Go to Plugins, press the button to download plugins, then scroll down to the Cams option.

Are you getting Oscam from the plugin downloads? If not go into the menu, Plugins, download plugins, scroll down to softcams, and select a version to install from that, as they are compatible with later OpenBh versions.
