Hello i was wondering if I can download and install via usb the driver file for dvb-usb-it913x because my vu solo 2 is at a location without internet access.

Yes, You can do this, but you will probably need to have some understanding of the file structure and use terminal for installation.
When you install enigma2-plugin-drivers-dvb-usb-it913x_1.0-r0_all.ipk, you also need to install all of the dependencies for that driver else it will not work. About 527 .ipk files are built when this driver is created. Most of these .ipk files will probably already be in the receiver, but you should take the whole package of .ipk's with you because if you are missing one of them, the driver install will fail. The whole list seems to be 528 .ipk files, totaling about 16.7 MB in size. This is "doable", but you will need to understand what is going on and pay careful attention to the install.

Another option would be to clone all of the feeds and make them portable. Then you would need to set things up where the box could access the feeds.

The easiest thing to do if it is an option would be to take the receiver to a location that has internet and install what you need.

thank you for your answer... and where can i find those ipk files?

You can download them from the feeds is one way. Another way is to build the image which would be better. How well do you understand your receiver? Again, the easiest way is to take the receiver to a place that has internet. The next easiest would be to simply make all the feeds portable by putting them on an usb drive. A 10 GB drive would be plenty. As a last resort, you could try putting all of the .ipk packages that are associated with dvb-usb-it913x and hope it installs.

The portable feeds solution is probably the best I imagine, and would be my recommendation because the chance for success is high.. To do this successfully, you would need an usb drive of some type large enough to comfortably hold all of the feeds, then you would need to slightly edit the files in the receiver located at: /etc/opkg so your receiver will know where the feeds are located. This is not hard to do, but you will need to understand basic file editing and have a way of seeing the files to edit in your receiver.

So what option do you want to explore?
