Have you tried turning the dual off at the rear and then turn back on and when you see the boot message press the ok button on the remote rapidly keep doing this and it should then change the screen to put the box into recovery mode.

Thanks. I know how can I switch to recovery menu but what I mean to add extra menu item for reboot menu als in Octagon SF8008

the image works perfectly
only that there is a problem with the mute button
that doesn't work as it should
pressing the mute key the voice is not there
but when I change the channel it comes again and it doesn't have to be like this
you could let the qviart coders know to fix it

Needs to come from manufacturer, not aware of that option working on any image.

After latest update when try to switch to another multiboot image systeem crash.
Menu -> Standby & Restart -> MultiBoot Image Selector

Others have reported the same crash on different boxes.

But I can't get it to crash on any box I have tried, including the dual.

What are the exact steps you are using to get it to crash ?

I have OpenPli 9.0 in slot 1 and OpenBH 5.3 in slot 2.
In version before I had no problem to switch from OpenBH 5.3 in slot 2 to OpenPli 9.0 in slot 1.
After update I have each time crashes.
I’m using menu options for that:
Menu -> Standby & Restart -> MultiBoot Image Selector
When I select ‘MultiBoot Image Selector’ I see that image is looking for installed images and after 2-3 seconds I have crash.
For more info look to the log file.
Maybe with combination with Skin?

Switching from OpenPli in slot 1 to OpenBH in slot 2 work fine

I tried with default skin, the others with the same crash are also using default skin, so that is not the cause.

I need a debug log from when it crashes please.

Octagon sf8008 same 11 slot no problem later crashing

Thank You! Qviart Dual 4K no problem any more. I changed the Multiboot.pyc file in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Tools/ and the receiver now enters mode Multiboot normally without crashing.
