Well, in my case, as there is (for instance) the file settings where you can find references to some plugins' configurations, you might have troubles if you copy it in a new image where some of these plugins are not also installed. So, you should install the same plugins you had in the old image before copying.
Be aware that this procedure IS NOT SURE it won't cause any error messages or issues, IS NOT OFFICIAL, is just what I sometimes do if I'm too lazy to rebuild and re-set every personal parameters. As I said, it works for me conditioned to what I said. You should copy in your PC the whole content of this folder before experimenting so that you can replace it if it doesn't work.
But, if it works, you'll find a lot of aspects already set, starting from the tuners configuration.

You can see below my old post describing a problem with OBH 1.09..... with OBH 4.1 another camera has the same problem.
Summing up:
  • using BH303 or PLI or BH04 I can see every streaming camera - all works fine
  • using OBH 1.09 I've the problem ONLY with ONE camera streaming (see below with reference to original post and example)
  • using OBH 4.1 I've the problem with two cameras in same way

Some help please? I'd like to use OBH but for me is necessary can see the camera streaming

with bh303 or other (example PLI) it works fine but with OBH impossible to see, with last version too
 
FELLOWS IT MAY BE RIDICULOUS ASKING THIS QUESTION HERE BUT I CAN'T HELP IT FIND SOME PROPER THREADS:
IS IT POSSIBLE FOR THE TEAM OR HAS THE ARM CHIPSETS GOT THE ABILITY FOR AN ANDROID PLATFORM
i mean a hybrid set-top-box that could handle the ANDROID? for example in VU SOLO 4K or in ULTIMO 4K?
 
In theory it is possible for the chipset to run Android.

But this is something Vu+ would need to do, not the BH team.
 
thank you Ev0 for the reply but could you please say what is needed for the android project for the start?knowing that the ANDROID is a derivation of LINUX.
 
I have no idea, that is why I said it would be for Vu+ to do it and not the BH team
 
hello friends i want to connect my bluetooth headphones to the vu+ solo 4k. is it possible by connecting the vu+ bluetooth 4.0 dongle?does this dongle support the audio stream?or i have to find other ways for connecting my headphones?

As far as I know it is for remote.

so i have to buy it to determine if it works. and as it is so important for me i will.but i think the vu+ company takes it so hard by making every aspect of the hardware and software(eventhough opensource) a mysterious story.i believe the developers' are working so good but for example the vpn . there's is just the openvpn.there is too many other easiest ways.or for the skins and other prohibited things(softcams)there is not a real easy working emu.TAKE IT EASY to the VU+ and to MYSELF.LOL

and no exceptions, and discussion about emulators/softcams is here not allowed

EXCUSE ME for the emulator talking but as everybody know one of the important and easiest functions of a bluetooth device is AUDIO transferring capability(sending and receiving audio)
 
Not exactly
vu+ bluetooth 4.0 dongle here has a different function.
And so it's advertised.

if you want audio you should buy bluethoot transmitter with optical input
at least I think so with Solo 4K

The best way to use headphones is an HDMI audio extractor and then connect to it any normal headphones, included the wireless ones. This is what I did.

When is update is see in skin in left side skin; you see grean color .
