Don't know where the issue is, what plugin are you trying to install ?
You have startup to standby highlight in the picture (installs fine for me).
The log mentiones enigma2-plugin-extensions-weatherplugin_skin_py3_all.ipk which also installed fine for me.
Are you using the standard skin, or a modified version ?

I think you have to use the skin on the addon server that is modified to use the XtraEvent plugin that is also on the addon server.
Maybe @Matrix10 can confirm as it's not something i've ever used.
You will have to wait and see if @Matrix10 can fix it as he modified the original plugin to work with his skin and OpenBh.
The image has been updated, therefore the plugin now needs updating and fixing.
Installed fine and working as it should ?

I have the same problem after the image update Duo 4K (image 5.3.009)
For example, the extra event plugin was previously installed
and worked without problems.
I deleted the plugin
re-installation is not possible, the image crashes when installing the ipk file
from the server.
The same happens with the manual installation of the plugin mentioned above
enigma2-plugin-extensions-internet-speedtest_1.7_all.ipk
Which means the problem is most likely the installation of ipk files and not the plugin itself.
The error in the log is the same for both installations

When I replace Console.pyc and ScrollLabel.pyc from the old 5.3 image

So it is clear that something has changed in these two files on Duo 4K

But I didn't replace either file and the ipk installs here.
ScrollLabyel.pyc has changed, it has been updated (I already said the image has had updates, therefore XtraEvent plugin needs to be updated).
Console.pyc has not been updated since August and it is the same file in 5.3.008 as it is in 5.3.009
