Merry Christmas to you all from the OpenBh Team.
The Official OpenBh 5.0 image for the Octagon SF8008 will be available in the downloads section of this board at midnight tonight.
Please note that during testing, we noticed there is an issue with the openbh5.0* _recovery_emmc.zip file.
This issue appears to be present in all of the current python3 images, and therefore is not an issue with our image, it seems that it is an OE issue that is being looked into to find a fix for all images.
So as a work around to the problem, if you do use the recovery image, then once the update is complete, you will need to then flash the box with the image update (openbh5.0* _mmc.zip) and put it into slot 1.
After doing this, the image will then work as expected.
Of course if you do not use the recovery option, then you can flash as you normally would using just the openbh5.0* _mmc.zip
